Custom Wedding Gifts
We have the most wonderful job everyday, but this especially rings true when customers come in and excitedly announce they are here to shop for a extraordinary wedding gift. Choosing any of our unique monograms on set of napkins, pillow, or pewter tray is exquisite – but a truly jaw-droppingly thoughtful gift is to embroider the couple’s wedding monogram from their invitation on to something they will have forever. They are sure not to receive anything like it and to cherish it for years. One of our wonderful customers was attending a wedding where the bride & groom had a fantastic custom deco monogram, and we brought it to life on a Libeco linen runner. June 06

It’s that time of year! School is winding down, and WE have been incredibly busy monogramming gifts for some of our favorite people – teachers. Thoughtful room moms and parents are saying “thank you” for all their hard work and care with personalized cosmetic bags and totes that teachers can use for years to come. Here are some of our favorites from the week!
- Fog Linen Kitchen Cloths with Chain Link Monogram
- Linen Cosmetic Bag with Hot Pink Belle Staggered Monogram
- Vintage Linen Kitchen Towels with Vintage Monogram
- Classic Field Bag in Light Blue with Elizabeth Monogram
Last week we had the privilige of monograming some of our favorite cosmetic bags with true vintage monograms as very special Mothers Day gifts. The monograms are so intricate and unique to the letter arrangement, and the letters are so beautifuly woven and layered- they are truly exquisite typography. We’ve found that the most staggeringly detailed monograms are vintage, or vintage-inspired, so we began embroidering these very old monograms. Here are four vintage monograms, each with a different color to reflect the recipients personal sense of style. We are over the moon with how they turned out! Beautiful on percale bedding, a belgian linen tote bag, or a delicate linen napkin, vintage monograms abound in structure and timeless detail.
Our Favorite Things From The Week
Some very lucky customers have 4 names, and we’re often asked if we are able to transform their initials into a unique four-letter monogram. This monogram is a great example of how strikingly beautiful four letters can be when monogrammed with a simple and well-done design. The letters pop in orange on our Sailwax Dopp Kit, and it’s going to be a truly special fathers day gift. We monogrammed our organic cotton Ruched Muslin Boudoir in a script font and neon green as a new baby gift this week! The light billowy layers of muslin are a beautiful backdrop for the bright monogram. This adorable set of His & Hers Beach Towels and a Classic Field Bag with a couple’s last name is the most thoughtful wedding gift they are sure to not have! We love that this is a gift couples will be thrilled to start using on relaxed vacations together for years to come.
Behind the Scenes: The Embroidery Process
People often ask us how and where our embroidery is done. And they are often surprised when we tell them we do all of our embroidery onsite! The process is extremely hands-on and done by our design specialist Theresa, who has a graphic design and photography background (and thus, a superb eye!) We thought you may enjoy seeing a behind the scenes look at our step-by-step process to make your item unique. From left to right:
- Determine the right size monogram for the item.
- Measure and hoop the item. We carefully measure and hoop each item to make sure it’s perfectly straight and the monogram is applied on smooth fabric.
- Monogram the item! We thread each needle with the correct thread and check the thread for the proper tension.
- Clean and trim the finished product! We love the craftsmanship and process of creating something truly unique for you on luxury wares.
